Intumit named as Cool Vendors in Analytics, Greater China, 2017 by Gartner

In Gartner report, “With a rapidly growing digital economy and the big data this entails, analytics technologies will be at the core of China’s future innovation.”

Based on natural language processing technology, semantic analysis, and artificial intelligence, SmartRobot is an enterprise-class VCA solution with solid customer base and proven business value. It can quickly integrate with customer’s Q&A database as well as the existing IT systems such as CTI,IVR and CRM, which were widely used in call centers. The flexibility for integration is a necessity for enterprises considering a chatbot solution to drive innovative customer engagement experience. On the other hand, SmartRobot is powering an omni-channel dialogue interaction for enterprise and their customers through web, mobile apps, SNS platform such as Line or Facebook, digital signage and humanoid robots.
