株式会社電算（本社：長野県長野市、代表取締役社長：轟 一太、以下 「電算」）は、2023年6月３０日、Intumit Inc.（インツミット株式会社）（本社：台湾新北市、代表取締役社長：邱仁鈿、以下 「Intumit」）とChatGPT／Azure AIなどAI※１関連商品の共同研究開発及び販売に関する包括的協業契約を締結いたしました。今回の契約締結により、注目が高まるAI分野において、両社の強みをいかした製品の開発から提供を加速させてまいります。
１．協業の目的
IntumitはビッグデータやAIを活用したソリューションにおいて500社を超える導入実績があり、高度なAI技術と深い知見を有しています。
電算は長年にわたり地方公共団体のお客様に向けた行政情報システムの開発を提供しており、豊富な実績に加え、最近では自治体DXを推進するソリューションも提供しています。
両社はこれまで、日本市場における「SmartKMS※2」（スマートケイエムエス）及び「SmartRobot※３」（スマートロボット）の販売で強い関係を築いてきました。本協業契約では、両製品をはじめ、注目が高まるAI関連製品の開発・提供に向け、一層の関係強化を図ります。
２．協業のスキーム
両社のコラボレーションにより、米国OpenAI社の「ChatGPT」を利用した製品の企画・開発・販売に協力して取り組みます。また、それらの技術を応用・発展させた新しい技術の開発にも取り組みます。

Densan and Intumit Sign Comprehensive Collaboration Agreement in AI
－ Strengthening the Development and Sales of AI-Related Products utilizing ChatGPT／Azure AI －
Intumit Inc. (Headquarters: New Taipei City, Taiwan; President: JD Chiou; hereinafter referred to as “Intumit”) and Densan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan; President: Kazuta Todoroki; hereinafter referred to as “Densan”) have signed a comprehensive collaboration agreement on the joint research, development, and sales of AI ※1 products such as ChatGPT/Azure AI, effective June 30, 2023. This agreement aims to accelerate the development and provision of products leveraging the strengths of both parties in the rapidly growing field of AI.
１．Purpose of Collaboration
Densan has been providing development of administrative information systems for local governments for many years and has a wealth of experience. Recently, the company has also been offering solutions to promote digital transformation (DX) for local governments. Intumit has over 500 successful implementations of solutions utilizing big data and AI, and possesses both an advanced AI technology and a deep expertise in AI-related solutions. The two companies have already established a strong relationship through the sales of “SmartKMS ※2 ” and “SmartRobot ※3 ” in the Japanese market. With this collaboration agreement, we both aim to further strengthen business relationship and collaborate on the development and provision of AI-related products, including the aforementioned products.
2．Collaboration Scheme
With the aim of cultivating collaboration, Densan and Intumit have formed a partnership, combining OpenAI’s “ChatGPT” capabilities with Intumit’s expertise in AI implementations in the government sectors. Together, we will actively contribute to advancing innovative technologies as we continue integrating cutting-edge AI technology and applications, catering to the needs of our enterprise customers at Densan.
3．Future Developments
